Azad Chaiwala is absolutely right k universities or colleges are only about Ratta system/Business System. But Degree is valuable. 1. Degree system sy ap main confidence ata hai. Apki communication improve hoti hai. Sada alfaaz main kahun to apko uthna bethna ata hai, duniya ka kuch pta chalta hai. 2. And when I talk about degree I don't mean only piece of paper but knowing actually what you have learned. As far innovation goes, your aim should be making something useful humanity for only money. Unfortunately that is mostly people try to sell here (quick money).
The future is Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and BlockChain etc. So What will the worth of our IT degrees, which you learn more than 10 years old stuff? NUST, FAST, UET, and some other Big universities have good content, but what about other universities, i remember i was invited for an interview at DIVSINC, and they just ignored me because I have GC University degree, NOW Your New Degree is Your Github profile, Your Project Presentations, and Your Code.

Today, I have learnt how to communicate with the person who has a different point of view than yours. Hisham sir has asked a bit hard questions to Azad Bhi but he beautifully answered his every question. Azad's point of view is 1000% sensible. A skilled mechanic will marry in age younger age and in the age of 40 to 45 his young sons will take about his business and he will be retired. Degree holder will spend his 30 years to just start a career and only less than 1 percent will get this opportunity to get a job at BMW. When you're skilled 100% guarantee of success is in your own hands. 1000% agree with Azad bhi.
@@wish1333 I am just telling the value of degree in general. If big firms start coming to Pakistan (like in India) than you will find the value of degree. Also with the degree you learn more theoretically which is backbone of Research and Development.

@@kkaround Degree is not bad but it should be skills oriented. Phd will be making 1-2 lakh a month while a skilled 20 year inter student can make same amount as a freelancer 😀 PHD will be able to marry at 35 while freelancer can marry at 22 😊
@@coolomer186 phd only takes 2 years after masters. not every freelancer makes 1-2 lakh/month. (that is like saying some people woth phd makes over 20 lakhs/month).

I was software developer when I had BSC in Medical sciences. Then I got a degree BSCS. FOR you students, After getting at least one skill get your bachelor degree
The one thing that is missing is the psychological perespective behind the education system..skill and theory are same thing but the difference comes with the way of delivering... theory is info that is taught based upon hypothetical sense without practical involvement and after sometime we forget it because our brain doesnt learn in terms of text... Skill is more effective because you show practical involvement with things you study about and what we learn as a skill we dont forget it. It happens because our brain learns in terms of colors and pictures not pure literal text...... there is alot to discuss... @azad chaiwala @hisham sarwar sir!

How to develop State of the Art Applications is Skill .i.e Programming Languages but how to built/engineer that Programming Languages and why to built them is Education .i.e BSCS Degree. Character/Personality development is pre-requisite to Software/Application development, because quality transforms from your Character into Software. Who can't financially afford, they must learn just skills to make balance in their life. Appreciate and love the concepts.
Salam Brother I would like to add some comments: the 1st time I am going to write a comment. I am an electronics engineer from a well-reputed university from Pak. Can you explain why an electronics engineer needs 7 different math subjects and 8 subjects of physics? While in the UK you are not taught these types of subjects for no reason.
@@nadeemahmednady Oh that's the reason they teach us all these subjects I had no idea about this. Thank you for clearing my confusion. This is the best way to enhance someone's mind to design something unique, and in the labs tell them how to create a project using X86. While in the UK they are teaching how to innovate and design using Arduino and Raspberry Pi. In the UK there is no RATA system. They try to build your concept towards research and innovation.
I went to university in USA and graduated with B.S.E.E and here is the logic I understood of spending 4 years on University. year 1-2 you get gen-ed (general subjects) so you can go through different field so you know what you are good at (not only what you think you are good at, because it is not always true) last two years you get core classes for the major you choose. Apart from that you lean to team building skills and trust other people work etc. And if you wants to do master than focus narrow more towards subject matter expert. "One should not complain about the system when they are never part of it."

i love and respect both guys Azaad Bhai and Hishaam bhai both are amazing people but here at this moment Azaad Bhai is 10000% right kuch b seekhna hai ap internet ki madet sa seekh saktay ho beshak laywer ya doctor e kiu na benna ho just search the basics and start learning them
Both doing great work with good intentions. Keep it up👍 Plans are needed for education. We need less people to design a hammer and more to use that hammer to hit the nail. Vocational skills globally are taken up more when compared with university degree.
To be very honest sir jo log ye keh rahay hotay hain na kay apko skill ana chaiye bus agar unhi kay office mai job kay liye interview denay chalay jao na to degree ka hi pochtay hain pehlay Aur pakistan mai jobs detay nai hain aur inhain experience chaiye I know kay job say ziada freelancing achi hai but its just my point of view

Sir, degree vs skill 2 grounds and 1 mind.. dono grounds hi bohat extreme or intihai huge level k hen.. ye bhi aik bohat lambi behas hey k inko merge kiya jaey ye separate rakha jaey. with my opinion. skill already short interval hey,, jabkey degree bohat you know a time consuming process. I think, jo baat aap ne video me kahi k degree ko short kiya jaey or uskey sath skill ko add karden.. aik bohat acha slution hey. jab tak aap education learning k process me hen.. skill aapka sath deygi kmaney me. While in second condition, if a student is wanting to quiet education at any level, then he can further survive with skill. Actually you booth are right. Who have sources strong background they should complete the digree because digree at least open the different way in your life infuture. If we dont have background strong then dont waist time to go for digree. I did software engineering..mja development ni ati ..Teaching method is pathetic har semester ma 1 new programming language jab kay grip 1 pa bi mazboot ni hoi hoti ..But all together sab subjects mil kay 1 proper logic bnatay han and somehow University gives us confidence to talk and different skills like public speaking, giving presentation ,how to be extrovert etc .
@@kkaroundwe no bcz there are so many other things apart from programming like database,requirements engineering etc but many of us face this issue bcz of no carrier counsiling after FSC .. and that's the issue with majority
@@amnarabbani55 I am E.E. and I don't like programming and been working professionally for last 10 years. I have been working as consultant and not single job I was required to do coding. But I had to take 3 programming classes when I was in college. Some of my classmates are programmer. I think it is the nature of the degree you/I are in.

Azad chaiwala says that universities have to introduce shorter and cheaper degrees, but then he himself offers courses ranging from 40k to 300k for a much shorter time frame than universities. A LOGICAL FALLACY
