Been toying with wanting to buy this for a while. I've been able to dial in a 95% similar look w/ filmconvert which I already have so I haven't pulled the trigger yet. I thought halation was amazing until I saw it everywhere lol. Love the range limiter and kodak positive. Shoot w/ BPM 1/8 instead of bloom but bloom would get me past the reflective artifacts that the BPM can cause

I have one thing to say, what's the point of using Dehancer to get that filmic look when your cinematography is modern and boring. For a true filmic look, you should atleast incorporate some cinematographic styles from bygone 20th century. Cinematography and shooting style are also important for the filmic look. The purpose of filmic colors, halation, contrast, vintage glass and everything else is defeated when your shooting style is not reminiscent of the vintsge styles. This is my opinion. Only constructive criticism is welcomed.

3:08 This is the fakest shot I have ever seen. The film damage is not matching to this shot and is looking heterogeneous. You should study more about vintage look of movies and also their cinematographic style. Please don't take it as a hate but as a constructive criticism.
