I like the hunting levels in Sonic Adventure soooo much more then Sonic Adventure 2. Nerfing the emerald radar was an arbitrary way to increase the difficulty in a way nobody wanted it to change.

Casino levels are always some of my favorites, even Casino Park from Heroes, that level is amazing.

It's hilarious how awful SA1's animation is, especially when it was supposed to flaunt the power of the "next-gen" Dreamcast.

While I do prefer SA2 overall but I do think the emerald hunting is better in SA1

the thing with Casinopolis is in the sewer if you go backward on the giant fans they die down in power and you can actually get up to 370 rings which if you got something like 10-20 rings in the pinball machines you can easily do it with 1 sewer trip and a few casino machine hits

Remind me to try and record the Nights Ideya Orbs section. I've done it before and it gives you 200 rings, but it took me 2 hours of playing Casinopolis and a break due to sensory overload. Fortunately after that I decided to run around as Super Sonic because by that point I had broken the HUD ring counter. I had like 4000 rings when I finally went to the Animal Capsule.

These Knuckles levels are like a 4/10. The SA2 ones are a 3/10. SA2 is better in every other way. And no, a slightly less shitty Knuckles level won't change that. I dislike the hub world in SA1 as well. Oh, sure, it's fine for you guys who played this game a decade ago and know where to go, but I first played this game, like, 3 years ago. "Head to the casino!" ...Where the fuck is that casino?! How am I supposed to find it- what, you have to go through the hotel- what!? Not to mention the camera actually made me nauseous in the hub worlds. The levels were fine, camera wise. I constantly got lost with these hub worlds and their secrets and their vague hints. I've seen worse, but that doesn't make it good. Give me SA2's stage progression any day.

Is that awkward kid who isn't quite retro and isn't quite modern. Good game/president though. Sonic Generations has no presidential equivalent, because no president promised big and delivered. Sonic Lost World is Donald Trump. It's just an Andrew Jackson knock-off without the bad controls/genocide of the native americans. Rise of Lyric is Hillary Clinton. You don't particularly care for her, but after seeing what Donald Trump has to offer, you'll take literally anything at that point. Sonic Forces is Bernie Sanders. He's alright, but kinda boring and kinda just stopped being a thing _really_ quickly. Is the result of The Fanbase/America not knowing what it fucking wants anymore and never knew what it wanted to begin with. Sonic Extreme was Richard Nixon and Barry Goldwater. Promised to be shit and delivered, had his plug pulled when people realized he was a fucking nazi.
