Dehydrated camping meals from an outdoor store are quite expensive, about €6-8 per meal. Making it themselves will definitely be cheaper in the long run.
I’m a hiker and I’ve just binged every single one of your videos. I mostly hike in Alberta, Washington and British Columbia. Your videos really inspire me and there’s tons of valuable information! Thanks so much 💙
Been following this journey and i absolutely love it! The luxury of eating regular meals without carrying all that weight! And not eating the same “camping type meals” constantly
I don’t like the hike but I love that you do! I’ve been more interested in your dehydrating food videos and really love your personalities. You compliment each other very well. God bless
This looks delicious. I Absolutely love you guys! I just bought a dehydrator and am excited to start! I’m doing for camping trips and to have some meals in vehicle, you never know when someone could use a meal. You make this look so easy! I do know it takes time to plan ahead, you have well thought out meals. Safe travels and blessings from VT. 🌞
You guys are so great.... and great editing. I was looking for something like this when I was on wheels. Now I do it the lazy way and by dried soup mix from Harmony House, and make my own mixes. Mostly, I like it with brown rice.. I add favorite ingredients, and voila. Along with being lazy, it can be rehydrated with cold water, and eaten cold. For those emergency moments. It's not organic, but nice to have.
You guys are so excited!! One of the best informative how to’s AND (but wait, there’s more!!!) a super great attitude, smile, and love of outdoors! Happy trails guys 🏕🌅!
This would also be an excellent idea even if you're staying at home like for meals on The go or meals after a long day of work. Food prep takes a lot of time so having it all packaged and labeled and ready to go is a lot quicker.
I just found this channel and I can't stop scrolling down thru the shorts. I'm so exited for the hike/canoe trip you guys are gonna make! I hope you guys are safe and make it safely to each of the destinations. 💛 I hope you guys are able to film some of that adventure, it be great content. Ps: I work for Excalibur Dehydrators and built them, what a small world! I've never seen them in videos like this!
Would love this recipe , I’ve just starting dehydrating food for my vegan/gluten free mom for a emergency meals kit and I think she would love this one !
I’ve always wanted to get into hiking but being from the city it was always difficult. I like how you guys travel and see all the beautiful spots the US has to offer
looks so savory and comforting. Y'all look so happy assembling it all together. I'm sure dehydrating the mushrooms and veg prob concentrate the flavor too.
I really feel like i use to see you two making videos when I was a kid on living In I wanna say it was Japan and I remember just watching the videos everyday but I can’t be sure
Have they ever said what they do for work to be able to afford this? It's pretty awesome that they have put themselves in a position where they can go off doing cool stuff like this for 4 months at a time
They probably need the zip lock bags to carry out garbage and other "evidence of humans were here" things. You take nothing but photos and leave nothing but footsteps. Also you may need the plastic bags to keep some things dry in wet weather... Like socks
