"All righty then" ... here is my video where I dehydrated my fresh cucumbers that I got from the WONDERFUL NON-PROFIT group, Wakulla Giving Hands, Inc (they are here to help with many of the needs here in Wakulla County. Be sure to check out their FB page & follow them. Help when & where you can (volunteer to help or to donate $$ - IF YOU CAN) ***OR*** if YOU need help, reach out to them. Now.... here is just an idea for you. Take some of the cucumbers that is fresh from your garden or the grocery store or farm share, and make yourself some "CHIPS!" Great for snacks, although I hate to say that they will never taste as good as LAYS or the other over-processed chips & snacks in the stores.... BUT this is a healthy alternative to still be able to get a snack that crunches & you can flavor it any way you want!
I hope this gives you some ideas. Wish I knew how I could help you other than show a pathetically done video (I need a 6 y/o to help me video! 😂).... but I guess this is better than a poke in the eye at least. Never stop learning, never stop trying to feed yourself & your family. And never forget.... you are not alone in all this craziness in the world! ❤
