This song was written, with lyrics, for a young woman with cancer who dreamed of being a writer. I met her, back in the day, in a bar where she was sitting alone with a bottle of German beer, the name of which escapes me, and struck up an acquaintance. The song features a trumpet solo most likely inspired by Penny Lane, but the music is pretty mellow, with a refrain taken up by cellos in thirds. As usual, restrictions on open source list are stated in the playlist description, and noted on the opening page of the score. I've only given a melody line in the video, which is not recorded on the demo in order that it might serve as a guide to the rhythm section only.
