This was recorded in 2013. I would definitely take a tour of the facility and ask questions. Also if you can, ask questions to family members that are in the care center and also look at reviews online. My family was told couple of things while on the tour, well, since arriving, it’s been very different and inconsistent with what we were told about the facility, the nurses, and the care. Twice I have been disrespected from doctors/nurses in white coats. Please do your homework.
