A few points of clarity: I think the implication with the users of OFA is that Deku destroyed the vestiges he sent at Tomura. This would mean that they got destroyed along with the quirks. Also, the other implication is that the decay quirk came from an Overhaul because Overhaul was in the same orphanage owned by the Dr. Also, we do know he has danger sense because we see it pop up over his head. Also, Aizawa does have his prosthetic leg but it’s still in the portal.

We knew Overhaul got his doomsday theory from the doctor, so it makes sense that they were connected more than we thought. Actually a cool callback.

People keep forgetting that it's not just Deku's story anymore it's everyone's story it's how All Might's dream of society standing up to All for One. I kind of always felt like Horikoshi was gonna pull a fast one.

So a few things: Some chapters ago when Deku was fighting Shigi under the effects of Gear Shift, the 2nd user agreed to use himself as a trial run to force his quirk into shigi as OfA can be given whether the recipient wants it or not (similar to AfO) and if it is forcibly given, it can cause internal damage; so much so that it could break the quirk factor on transfer. After this was confirmed, Deku found an opening to use all his stored quirks to literally force feed Shigi the remaining quirks into Shigi but Nana was rebounded due to lingering emotions. The only quirk that wasn't destroyed was the one that was stolen, Danger Sense which AfO still has and it works (I didn't see this since, as AfO said, it was so insignificant you wouldn't even notice it happen twice.) Also, for years I suspected that AfO's hyper-regeneration quirk came from Deku, due to the fact that quirks usually help enable a person's personality and since Deku is help first worry about the knife in my stomach later it would fit. But now I suspect that the hyper-regeneration quirk was the other half of the Overhaul quirk and it backfired on AfO since he didn't know how to heal major wounds to his head (he dislikes complicated quirks). Also, AfO's mid-term plan was to steal back AfO (as said during or after the Star and Stripe fight) but since OfA is no longer there, he no longer cares so he will just rule the world, i guess. Lastly, and I know I typed a bunch, I suspect that the portal might've been used to call for reinforcements from around the world since Kurogiri's warp gate can open portals to anywhere so long as he has coordinates. Hopefully overseas Heroes appear (after this upcoming flash back).

The Momo Yaoyarozu connection to Hana Shimura has been a theory I've enjoyed but not really thought was remotely canon, but with Shigaraki being able to *reconstruct things?* Suddenly Decay looks a lot more like Creation, the only question is which path it comes from, because I don't love the idea that she's Hana Shimura but tbh that's the best path the theory has imo

I could see something happening where Eri has enough energy to restore OFA as a whole or his arms, not both. Imagine Deku pulling an Endeavour and making arms made of Blackwhip.

I guess the future Deku was anime only.

On one hand, I wished Shigaraki was the final villain, with theme of it being the next generation fighting, like All Might fought AFO and now we had their successors fighting. But on the other hand, I always found it was too much of a coincidence that AFO just happened to find Shimura's family, so I'm very happy this theory turned out to be true.

Remember Horikoshi has also drawn inspiration from Star Wars, so it’s likely shigiraki will pull a Darth Vader and finally make a choice that was his own and kill all for one. And Izuku is more than likely going to get prosthetic arms like Luke.

This is a reach but, since it’s possible that OFA still exists somewhere in there, I think Tenko (maybe it his current real age, maybe as a kid again, but def not Tomura) is going to reemerge with OFA and defeat (or help defeat) AFO. Like I know that kids play hero all the time in this world, but back in chapter 418 we get the flashback of little Tenko playing with his friends Tomo and Mikkun and they tell him he should be All Might. I think that’s going to come back around - now that Tenko/Tomura is quirkless, I think he might be the tenth OFA user. At least, briefly - I think he’ll help defeat AFO and then tbh I think he’s going to die bc of the toll on his body

All of OFA was transferred to Shiggy essentially. Be it that they were specifically attcking his psyche. The Quirk AFO could have been used to transfer it all back to Deku along with a Vestige of his Child form, essentially returning OFA due to it being attached to his Child forms psyche. Shiggy's body, along with the grown up persona of Shiggy who is currently being destoyed, would remain as the host of both AFO the Quirk and AFO the Vestige who has taken control of the body. What if Shiggy, in his final act of defiance, transferred all of OFA back to Deku along with the child version of himself with Decay. Sort of a re-transferal of OFA now buffed by another Vestige. Which, also comes with its own Quirk for Deku to use. As the child version of himself is essentially a separate psyche, who Shiggy became is basically its own persona separate to the Child version of himself. Decay being a broken version of its original form may change back to its original version due to the life & death Awakening it. With an Overhaul like Quirk Awakened, reforming Deku's arms and making him stronger wouldn't be inconceivable. Even in the long-run, Deku would be able to restore much of the wide spread destruction Shiggy has caused with the broken version of his quirk. Deku wanted to be a Hero for the Villians too, the down troden and misunderstood in society that get vilified to the point of becoming Villians. To save them from that path, which he has had some sucess with already. The likes of Lady Nagant and Gentle were swayed by him to reform. Not to mention, where did this mysterious Overhaul like Quirk come from? It's implied that OFA stole whatever potential quirk he would have had when he was born and gave the Decay Quirk to Shiggy when he returned him from being lost. Which was shortly before it manifested. How much older is Shiggy to Deku? Within 5 years and Decay may have originated from Deku as many suspected. If it was his originally, one might assume the restorative capabilities may be recovered if it is reintroduced into his body in the manner described above. Perhaps Deku unlocks the full Quirk due to it originally being his Quirk and due to the near death state he is in. Essentially forcing a Quirk Awakening in Decay.

Also inheriting and powering up overhaul quirk so that he can heal. just like the character Overhaul healed from injuries made by deku to him. which i believe is where the doctor got the very powerful healing work for Nomu and Shigi. It could also mean he can take the body of Shigi and strip it down to a new body for the young part he has left that is now a vest8ge in deku

My theory is that since decay was revealed to be an altered version of overhaul, and since Shiggy was the one to take overhauls arms, and deku has just lost his, i have a feeling, that Overhaul is going to find out that his father was killed by AFO and will be taken to Eri by lady negant, overhaul will ask Eri to rewind his arms so that he can join the fight. It would be a great moment for Eri as shes able to grow past her past with overhaul. Overhaul will then join the battle and either take shiggy’s arms or he will give deku his arms back.

All for One does have Danger Sense. You can see the lightning bolt right as Sero appears, just smaller than usual. AfO doesnt have the quirks that Deku fired the vestiges of into him, but he has Danger Sense since Shigaraki stole that prior

My theory is that shigaraki isn’t gone, just pushed very deep within by AFO, so deep AFO can’t sense him. And the vestiges are with him and will be responsible, or at least partially so, for his temporary reemergence. With Shigaraki’s (temporary) reemergence, his decay quirk will be revealed to have been an altered version of overhaul, and be fully restored, as maybe the doctor believed he actually removed the reconstruction aspect of the quirk, but either only managed to suppress it or he missed some aspect of it, allowing shigaraki’s reawakening to restore that aspect. With shigaraki’s quirk whole again, he brings back Deku’s arms, gives him back the vestiges of the OFA users, or OFA itself if deku actually did give the entire quirk to him originally, and thanks deku for saving the crying kid inside of him or something sappy like that, and tells him he isn’t strong enough to keep control of his body for much longer and that AFO will tear control back from shiggy again, and in doing so will truly destroy what’s left of shigaraki’s psyche, and his newly whole overhaul quirk copy along with it. He then says he can do one last thing to ensure deku wins the fight, and that is to use overhaul one last time to alter his own body so that AFO can’t steal or give quirks anymore. AFO then takes control back and shigaraki is truly no more, this way he can be saved and still atone for all his sins by doing an incredibly heroic act that costs him his life, and we don’t need to have another shonen where the main character refuses to kill the terrorist who killed thousands and is responsible for almost ending the entire world and naively prioritizes said terrorist’s survival over the world’s because “killing is never the answer, and everyone deserves a second chance.”

Through losing one for all, he’s losing his right to bare arms. 😈
