Hi Amy. Hope the moving in is coming along. Like the front elevation. Nice size front bedrooms and baths. Personally prefer this full shower no tub. But a tub works for the grandchildren. Nice drop zone. Spacious laundry. Beautiful open concept. Big pantry. Only change I would want is a farmer’s sink; 1 big sink for those large pots and pans. Spacious dining/living space and primary. Beautiful en-suite with shower with a large seat and linen closet. Covered paved lanai. Dining. Good space to lounge poolside. Beautiful home. Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to seeing all these homes.

Hello Amy What a Beauty full home i Gould live in this home when i am 55+ this is a amazing home you have got everything you need you have nice cast rooms and a beautyfull main bed and bathroom i love the kitchen the kitchen is very spacious and i live the flow to the living room and dining You are looking great again Amy You are so energetic i love it thank you for showing us this amazing home Amy you are amazing Take care and Stay safe Anja

Just wondering, if you are 55+ and you have children permanently living with you, can you buy into a 55+ community?

if they are 18 and over they can live with you, under 18 there is a 30 day maximum stay.

what sharknerd said... :) It can vary a little bit by community but that's the general rule. For under 18 there are sometimes restrictions on how many days in a row.

We bought Del Webb in AZ and the house is beautiful but there have been constant issues with the build, that's Pulte. Bad management on their part has led to constant problems with communication about fixing the issues, long delays and not being upfront about a good timeline to fix those issues. I would call, email and shout from the roof and no return calls or emails, nothing!. I don't know if the house in this video is Pulte but if it is, buyer beware. Make sure you have gold standards in place for service and follow ups from the builders. Aside from that, Del Webb is an amazing community.
