I looked at this home in person a couple months ago it’s very beautiful. You have to see this in person , this video doesn’t do it justice. Unfortunately all of the lots for this home with the basement is no longer available. This home/ model still had a few left but without the basement.

Another question. Why would a person want a basement on a waterfront lot? It would seem that if the lake floods your basement would flood. So it would seem to be a very bad idea to put basements in waterfront lots.

I want to move to Florida so bad and I want my dream house to have a basement so I can build a lounge / man cave area in it but I know it’s uncommon in Florida because of the water level so this just gave me a little hope the only thing I’m not a fan of this house is it being so close to water because I don’t want to run into an alligator randomly in the front of my house I’d literally pass out

What would you call the interior style?

This is a very nice house, but I think it has some problems. First, this is not a house for small children. The walkway going from the stairway to the second floor does not seem safe for small children. The railing could cause accidents (i.e. falls to small children) Second, I do not like houses that have the master bedrooms on the first floor and the kids rooms on the second floor. No telling what could happen with this arrangement. People need to think about things like this before they buy a house and architects need to think about these things before they design a house.
