Campground is old getting run down. But doable for a couple of days. Best part? Less than 30 minutes to Lewes and Dover. Tons of history in the First State of America!
Absolute MUST in my book is Lewes. 31 miles SE. I could have spent all day here. History is not lacking. Quaint downtown with lots of shopping ane eats. Do check out the Lewes Historic District. Just fantastic.

30 to 40 minute excellent Guided tour is a must. And free! Whoa! The fabulous history of our nation in this city of Dover is mind blowing. You'll learn so much about our early beginnings here.
