100% factual video! I am currently 2 months social media free (besides RU-vid). Deleting social media is like removing chains wrapped around your mind. It gives an overwhelming sense of freedom.
I actually did the same, deleted all social media, insta, snap etc. Feels good tbh, I just recently made a new instagram account but solely to promote a business I’m building. I honestly hate instagram, every meme page I used to follow turned into an onlyfans promo page smh
I got rid of Instagram back in 2020 and it was by far the best decision I've made. I stopped living a life of comparing mine to others and that's when I began to see the most growth from 2020 to now.
Yesterday I turned 16 and my birthday present was to be allowed to have Instagram. I thought I might want it, but I've felt kinda cool and unique not having it for the longest time. I haven't gotten it and I'm not sure if I still do. Thank you for posting this video because it really helped to clarify my decision.

You’re a good motivator bro because I said fuck it I don’t need this anymore so I deleted my Instagram forever because it really drags me down makes me feel depressed so I needed to get away from that. It feels like a big weight has been lifted off my chest!
I really want to get off Instagram. However, I’m a videographer and I kind of need a platform to showcase my work to people in my area and also communicate with clients. Instagram has always been the best place to do so. Trying to figure something out. I try and only use it as a tool and not an escape. I am planning to delete my Facebook, Instagram (although I rarely use it) just I need to something which I can still follow the events and parties which are exclusively announced on Facebook... + somehow I need to connect my friends who may have only a facebook account.

I mean I agree with most of the things you say like social media let’s you be less social with each other which is in the literary name of the platform the irony😅 but I don’t agree with deleting the app completely like limiting your self to how much of the apps content you consume is advisable but the app has its benefits too I mean for the people who create content at least like it lets people come out of their comfort zones to make content and stuff and let some people come up with different ideas to influence others on getting better kinda like what your doing right now but all im saying tho like if you limit yourself to social media will gain more self discipline than just deleting the app entirely that’s at least what I got from my life experiences anywayz👌
"a waste of time" spoken from someone who doesnt understand how to use the power of social media. I get to work from home and do whatever ONLY because of my main instagram account. Learn to use it properly and as a tool and not as a comparison. I am on this video because once you reach over 100k followers some are saying its best to delete and start over for even more reach.
Im 25, im a teacher for 12-16 year olds, i deleted instagram and all the other BS medias. The students didn’t believe me and said „how are your surviving“ lmao. Society is going down big times🥲
