Challi Ke Dane (Corn Kernels)/Bhutte ke dane - 500 Gms
Chutney Wali Challi ka Secret Masala
• Sukha Dhaniya (Coriander Seeds) -2 ½ tsp
• Jeera (Cumin Seeds)-2 tsp
• Kali Mirch (Black Pepper) - ¼ tsp
• Kala Namak (Black Salt)- 2 tsp
• Namak (White Salt)-1 tsp
• Lal Mirch Powder (Red Chilli Powder)-1 tsp
• Chaat Masala -1 tsp
Chutney Wali Challi ki Secret Chuntey
• Tamarind -Approx 50gms (2 lemon size balls soak in water)
• Chutney Wali challi ka masala - 2 to 3 tsp
• Sugar or Jaggery - 1tsp
• Food Colour - Red (totally optional)
