Who are you, Kabir? 🤔
I'm a third generation restaurateur from New Delhi, India whose in love with food, restaurants & people. You can check out my restaurants in the links below. Good talk, some feedback: -I feel it was 50% kabir talking and 50% priyank so it would be better if the guest is talking 80% and the host is 20% -I heard sir about 100 times in the podcast, respect is one thing but too much makes it a little wierd I feel. - There should have been more of insights rather than stories cause stories don't help us entrepreneurs, for example i would want to know how he dealt with the staff strikes, the excise commissioner when he called his dad, if he explains the solving part then there's a point right? - When he mentioned his corporate team you could have asked him how he went about setting it up, expenses, issues , etc Again more feedback is there but I feel if i sum it up in a pointer : if I am seeing 30 mins of priyank sukheja talking then I should get some unique suggestions when it comes to running restaurants not a list of the amount of restos he owns cause I can get that on the firstfiddle site as well 😊 Anyways this is only to help improve your next episodes no hate , cheers 🥂

I would like to say one thing though That the 80 20 thing is not good Beerbiceps does that and I hate that... It should be a conversation between host and guest, and not a question answer round, that's it

Great content but just a suggestion let the guest talk more and let them get to the depth of challenges he faced while building all these restaurants

good work man...some suggestions though. Let the guest complete what he is talking about and then ask questions instead of interrupting in the middle. And ask more about the journey of what worked for them and what did not, which decisions were right and which lead to failure. All the best for the podcast.

Suggestion: There was less informational content deeply focusing on the reasons behind success of failures. Rather it was just focusing on naming the successes.

It’s a suggestion to host stop moving your hands too much it’s bit irritating your content is good but you need to be more calm and patient to let the other one complete the sentence. Keep it up with the good content

Bro next time let the guest speak..you yourself will speak so much at every point then whats the point of inviting them to do the podcast..or are you just doing it for the sake of building relations with restaurateurs? so that you yourself can partner with them because I think you’re just passionate about restaurants because of the girls and the fame it gets you overnight if it succeeds. Also you’re too loud for the podcast mate. Keep your voice low
