Sheer nostalgia! Esp the way you mixed matar with chutney, pyaz, tamatar, imli paani and special masala! Drooling all the way.

Toronto is truly a melting pot of cultures. I am sure Kulchas, matar mix are freely available in Little India! So you don't miss amritsari kulchas, maah ki daal and what have you.

Dear Sanjyot. Thanks so much for the recipe. Can Kulchas be made with 100% atta and khamiir(yeast) alone? Also why do you salt the matar before pressure cooking? Doesn't it harden the skin?
