I'm applying deliberate practice in my weight lifting training, it's tough because you always try to be a little bit out of your comfort zone, but I'm happy with the result and progress im making, when you say I'm not supposed to enjoy practicing, I don't agree, because it's an individual thing, what's true for one person, might not apply to another... it is hard probably, but not enjoyable? Disagree there...
arayia6girmay It is also hard to prevent yourself from routines of useless practice. Constantly forcing yourself to face new challenges is hard, much more than getting down to practice.
Try increments of 15mins to 30min till you build yourself up to 1hr to 4hrs a day. It takes time but you can get there over time. But most importantly no days off till you obtain your goal.
