King Charles could take away the Prince and Princess titles as the Queen of Denmark did for her second son's children. It won't be difficult as it would be the Kings decision and has no concern of the British Government. The more damage these two Californian residence do there is every chance that could happen. King Charles would consider doing just the same. British people would support it. Jamaica can go to hell with their politics. Presidents are not Kings.

Two things I noticed from the pics in MSM; 1. she looks like she is wearing the engagement ring again. 2. I'm not sure she has had more work done to her face but she is not smiling and showing her teeth the same - so could just be the way she is presenting herself - but obviously to court controversy and reaction. Several comments are stating that she has been in Jamaica for a few days and was there when h got his non flying award; might explain why he was so rude. Also, what a way to say we couldn't attend Jeff Bezo's 60th bash - 'oh dear we weren't in the country' in reality not invited. There trouble is we now see right through them.

Leaving all the Harry/Meghan drama aside and the personal barbs thrown at the royal family - that’s for KC3 to deal with on a private level. This situation however brought into stark focus that there is a very real problem with Harry and Meghan retaining their titles as well as their profiles on the Royal website which STILL states that they continue to honour their duty to His Majesty. It creates a constitutional grey area for the UK as to whether or not anything H&M say or anyone they meet may perceive or use it as a political tool.

Jamaica has been independent since 1962. They retained the Queen (now King) as head of state in a constitutional monarchy (exactly the same as the UK) and use the Privy Council as their highest court. Both of these remaining ties, together with Jamaica exiting the Commonwealth, can be remedied very quickly with no loss to the UK. We do not do a lot of trade with them, so there will be few, if any, economic ramifications, and possibly a saving to taxpayers in the UK. Please, let's end Holness's posturing and attempts to humiliate the UK via his republican posturing, and let them get on with actually becoming a republic if that's what they want. This is the progressive way to go.

They've been useful muppets, just not to the US or the UK. That's genocide. Specifically, Harry described a modern Christian Crusade. Harry's inflammatory and irresponsible wording raised the threat level for Westerners. Military are still functioning at heightened alert levels. Western non governmental organizations (charities), contractors, retirees, tourists, etc., had to leave the the Middle East on short notice. Iran used Harry's mischaracterization of GWOT as a rationale to execute a UK citizen in the middle of diplomatic negotiations to repatriate him home. Iran's response to UK outrage was: "The British regime, whose royal family member sees the killing of 25 innocent people as removal of chess pieces and has no regrets over the issue, and those who turn a blind eye to this war crime, are in no position to preach others on human rights."

Jamaica is a dangerous place. When you go there as a tourist you can't leave your compound unless you are rich enough to be accompanied by security. The resorts are also expensive so no point in going and seeing nothing but beach and water which almost every other place in the world can offer.
Well, it has been documented that Harry's life has been threatened in the UK. Hus own British people have threatened his life, his son Archie's life, the life of the mother of his son. It has been reported that Harry's own British people have been arrested, prosecuted, convicted, and and sentenced to prison for threats made against Harry. Jamaicans have embraced Harry with loving arms. Hmm, I wonder, in which country would Harry feel safe, loved, and welcomed?

It is in Parliament’s hands, but it’s a long process at the best of times. Currently, Parliament has more important issues to deal with, illegal immigration, housing, cost of living pressure, looming war and reluctant MPs, but hopefully things will get moving when the bill to remove titles is reintroduced in the next few months.

Two pieces of information about Harry and Meghan which you might find interesting. Allegedly the conversation regarding the colour of Harry's child was carried out between Harry, Charles and Camilla very shortly after they married, not Catherine. The Prime Minister of Jamaica was not intending to see Harry and Meghan at all, allegedly, they requested to see him, of course bringing their own paparazzi with them to record the event. I wonder why. As someone said a picture can say a lot without actually making a comment, and it causes all sorts of speculation. Harry had better be careful he doesn't get put on a barge down the Thames through Traitor's Gate to the Tower if he ever returns to the UK again.

Parliament removes the titles, not the King who referred the matter to them long ago. The process is lengthy at the best of times and there can be delays for other reasons.

Any country, has every right to be independent. Why should Jamaica, or any country for that matter, still feel/be obliged to be a commonwealth? It has nothing to do with H&M.
