DELICIOUS 7-LAYER DIP

7-Layer Dip
In a clear glass dish layer your ingredients in the following order:
1. Can of refried beans (try to find one without added oil.
2. Container of guacamole (or make your own)
3. Salsa
4. Cheesy sauce from last week’s recipe (or shredded tex-mix dairy free cheese)
5. Can of corn (I used the Mexican corn blend)
6. Sliced black olives
7. Diced green or red onion
Refrigerate for several hours or overnight and then serve with nacho chips.
I also like scoop and spread this on a tortilla with rice, lettuce & chopped tomatoes for a yummy and easy lunch/dinner.
