Lumpia
1/2 lb ground pork
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrot
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp oil
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp pepper
1 inch fresh ginger minced
Lumpia wrappers
1 egg
Oil for frying
Sweet chile sauce
Beat egg and set aside
Brown ground pork in oil, add veggies and spice and cook until veggies tender.
Fill wrappers with 1 TB of mixture and roll tightly.
Heat oil in skillet, fry lumpia until golden brown and remove to tray and keep warm. Serve with sweet chile sauce.
