Chorizo
4 lb ground pork
1/4 cup chile powder
6 TB crushed garlic
2 TB salt
1 TB pepper
1/2 cup vinegar
2 TB oregano
1 TB crushed pepper
1 tsp cumin
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in large bowl. Portion into ziplock bags and refrigerate for 2 days. Freeze for future use.
