Recipe:
250-300 grams of boiled red beans
2 medium onions
2 medium carrots
100 gr walnuts
3 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying
Salt, pepper to taste
1. Cut onions into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Boil the carrots in salted water until tender. Grind the nuts into very fine crumbs, almost into flour.
2. Put boiled beans, fried onions, chopped nuts, boiled carrots in a blender bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste and use a submersible blender to puree everything into a homogeneous mass. If the mass turns out to be very thick, then you need to add 2-3 tablespoons of water in which the beans were boiled.
Transfer the finished pate into a clean jar and store in the refrigerator. Bon Appetit!
