Gina when I make this recipe I use butter, celery, and onions. I saute them on low. I use the chicken broth to cook the spaghetti. I also use the chicken with bones. Remove chicken after boiled and cooked. Add the vegetables to the broth, and spaghetti on low heat. Add soups.( I prefer cream of chicken ) add the cubes of velveta. After mixing well, I put into a aluminum baking pan , add shredded cheese on top. Bake at 325 until cheese is melted. Sometimes I add the rotel tomatoes. Try mine Gina. It's is amazing. I have tried a lot of your recipes.
I like onion powder cumin n fresh garlic n fresh tarragon. It doe not need salt. Fresh Rosemary is another great spice with this recipe. I used to make it all the time when our kids were at home.

I make this but i put it into my crockpot plus i use mushrooms and cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soups too. This is one of my sons favorite foods. It’s great seeing I have this food in common with such an amazing cook. Love your channel Gina.

Made this for dinner tonight. It was very good! I used 1 can cream of mushroom 1 cam cream of chicken. 1 can of orginal Rotel and 1 can Mexican Rotel. And instead of using milk to thin mine out I used some of the broth from the chicken I boiled.

Oh, Miss Gina, this does seem intriguing, but, for just one person, it’s just not practical to make for just myself. I don’t have much family left and no friends to invite over. But I would like to taste it! I guess I could cut the recipe down to just one fourth, maybe that would be feasible. ✌🏼❤️
I cut this recipe in half and ended up with enough for 6 lol. It's delicious 😋 I would bake them in smaller foil loaf pans, cool, and freeze. You can reheat in the oven from frozen and should last in the freezer for at least 6 months if stored properly. Hope this helps.
Just scale it down for 1 and eat several meals from it. I make 2-3 small casseroles. Of different things 2 times a week and then just heat up my portion for that meal. Easy peasy. 77, single and getting lazy. Whoop boo.
