I love that you use an instant pot rather than the usual Indian pressure cookers I see in other channels, they intimidate me!! I can never figure out the whistle method! 😅

Hi Bumbi. Hope you are ok. I decided to make this today. I can't believe I haven't made it before. (recipe99) It was very delicious and so easy to make. We really enjoy both chickpeas and spinach and this was a perfect recipe. I served it with the usual basmati rice, your wonderful Soft Roti, salad and onion bhajis.
