This super quick and super easy lentil chickpea recipe is such a savior and perfect weeknight dinner recipe or for those lazy days when you are just craving for something super quick. Just add everything in your pressure cooker and you are done. To brighten up the dish I have added a magic touch that takes hardly a few more minutes at the end but you can leave that out. I love that you use an instant pot rather than the usual Indian pressure cookers I see in other channels, they intimidate me!! I can never figure out the whistle method! 😅

Hi Bumbi. Hope you are ok. I decided to make this today. I can't believe I haven't made it before. (recipe99) It was very delicious and so easy to make. We really enjoy both chickpeas and spinach and this was a perfect recipe. I served it with the usual basmati rice, your wonderful Soft Roti, salad and onion bhajis.
