Made the recipe today. Turned out delicious! I am so much in love with your channel. You really spiced up my life with all the wonderful recipes and instructions how to prepare🙏😊
Omg this recipe is delicious. I'm a beginner in Indian style cooking, so I decided to give it a go, under your excellent instructions & my family loved it. Thank you so much ❤
As a single man, can I say you really don't know what messy is. I wish my kitchen was as tidy as yours AFTER I'd tidied up. I love your videos, BTW, and have tried many of them. Butter chicken is my favourite
T’is the season for warm and hearty delicious meals. We love curry, it pairs so nicely with rice. We grow all our own produce in our summer garden so now we have a winter root cellar stocked with homegrown potatoes and other root veggies. I’ll be making this healthy and delicious curry very soon. Thanks for the recipe. Ⓜary🌿🇨🇦
I made a version of this last night but used sweet potato and kale because that’s what I had in the house and it was fabulous. Chetna, you are the flavor queen!
I cooked this last night and it was off the scale delicious! My other half doesn't like chickpeas and he loved it! 🎉🎉 Thanks for liking my Insta story with this curry pic Chetna 📸
Gorgeous Chetna. I am making it tomorrow. Tonight we are eating your chickpeas spinach curry. 💞🌸 I am going to look for your curry chicken recipe as well
Just made this recipe! The whole house smells amazing!!! (probably should have turned on the rangehood!) Thank you so very much for this simple, delicious recipe.
Hi Chetna that looks delicious and healthy, I cook it like that sometimes too but I don't add honey in it 😋 thank you so much for sharing another lovely recipe 😁❤
I just realized, curry powder is not included. Are all the other spices together what makes it considered curry? Would it be ok if I added curry powder or would that be too much?
@@PruAlexisYou are right-all those spices are what make up curry spice. I am sure you probably got an answer by now, but had to respond since nobody else did.
Aloha, Chetna, substitution question: if I don’t have any double cream to hand, could I use a couple tablespoons of yoghurt? (And perhaps leave out the lemon juice?). Ta!
I've never added sugar, or other sweeteners to my curry's. Mainly because of a lot of times when I've eaten out in Indian restaurants, some of the currys have been too sweet for my taste. That said, I think I'll try and experiment with adding a little honey. Especially as you say, it improves the overall taste.
I was with you till the cream. I imagine it would be fine without it -- coconut milk would add a different flavour and I don't see it as compatible with spinach.
