🍪 Finger nut cookies
(calculation for 20 pcs.)
🍜 Dough:
250 g flour (10 tbsp. L. With a slide)
100 g sour cream (4 tablespoons, fat content 15-20%)
100 g butter (0, 5 packs, cold, fat content not less than 82%)
3 g baking soda (pinch)
salt
🌰 Nut filling:
150 g toasted walnuts (1 cup 250 ml)
120 g brown sugar (5 tablespoons flat)
50 g butter (2.5 tablespoons, melted)

10 g icing sugar (1 heaped tsp, for sprinkling)
🍜 Prepare the dough.
1.Grate butter on a fine grater.
2. Stir in flour to make crumb. Add salt.
3. Combine sour cream with baking soda, stir and add to the crumb.
4. Knead the dough, wrap it with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
🌰 Prepare the nut filling.
1.Fry the nuts in the oven at 338 °F and peel them off.
2. Combine the nuts, sugar and melted butter in a blender bowl and beat until a paste.
🍪 Shape the cookie.
1. Roll out the chilled dough into a layer 2-3 mm thick.
2. Cut the rolled out dough into 10x10 cm squares.
3. Lay out 1 tbsp. l. spread the fillings on each square, leaving the top third of the dough without filling.
4. Roll the filled dough into a tube.
5. Transfer the cookies to a baking sheet with parchment, send the cookies to bake in preheated to 356 °F
for 18-20 minutes.
Sprinkle the cookies with powdered sugar before serving.
