Another keeper, Peter.❤ Boursin Cheese with Herbs and Garlic is one of my favorites. Since we eat Salmon almost every Sunday, this will make it to the rotation list. It's definitely a salad for warm-weather season, and I need to put my creative hat on for cooler weather. Baked Brussels sprouts in a Boursin-infused bechamel sauce. The oven is already on and have some leftover Boursin Cheese.🤔
@@LetsCelebrateTV I’ve also found Boursin Cheese to be very versatile. With my version of Cordon Blue, I use a mixture of Mozzarella and Boursin in place of Swiss cheese Prosciutto in place of cooked Ham Sometimes, I stuff a chicken breast with Boursin and other ingredients, such as spinach, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, or a combination. I sometimes even add a little crumbled bacon or Walnuts for extra crunch. When working with a stuffed chicken breast, I always bake it and bake. But wait, as the commercial goes, how about in a stuffed Pork Chops?
