They are delicious with cheese, but also without cheese.

{_INGREDIENTS_}
■ 500g of pasta (dry)
■ 200g of cheese in brine
■ 2 tsp of salt
■ 1.5L of water
■ oil
☆ the water must be salty and that's why I add 2 tsp of salt
☆ choose a pasta with a thinner dough
