I made a rich and sticky brownie that does not contain eggs.
They are soft, moist, and substantial, so they are very satisfying to eat.
Walnuts are added for a crunchy texture.
▷Ingredients:
■Brownies(15cm×15cm)
100g sweet chocolate
100ml heavy cream
20g sugar
30g rice flour(or cake flour)
20g ground almonds
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 pinch of salt
50g walnuts
■Decoration
50g sweet chocolate
100ml heavy cream
5g sugar
cocoa powder
strawberry
▷How to make:
1. Melt the sweet chocolate in a pan of simmering water, add the cream and sugar in that order, and mix.
2. Add rice flour, ground almond, baking powder, and salt. Add chopped walnuts and blend.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ for 18-23 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Melt the sweet chocolate in a saucepan over hot water, add 40 ml of cream and mix until glossy. Remove from the water bath.
6. In a bowl, add 60 ml of cream, sugar and ⑤.
7. Put the cooled brownie into a mold, pour in (6) and refrigerate for 1 hour so that it is easy to cut.
8. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and cut into desired size.
