45g powder sugar
15g ground almonds
6g cocoa powder
1g salt
80g unsalted butter
24g egg
■Custard cream
2 egg yolks
35g sugar
13g cake flour
170g milk
1/2 vanilla beans
100g heavy cream
8g sugar
■Creme frangipane
60g unsalted butter
55g sugar
1 egg
60g ground almonds
40g custard cream
1/2 rum
■Chocolate ganache
70g couverture sweet chocolate
90g heavy cream

One of the things i really like about you is that you dont waste stuff. When theres egg batter left in the bowl you cleaned it with a spatula. Unfortunately some other channels dont do this. You should never waste food. No matter what reason
