Here's a refreshing and delicious side salad, with only 6 ingredients but it is really tastyand yummy!
POTATO CUCUMBER SALAD
Ingredients:
2 pcs potatoes
1 pc cucumber
2-3 tbsps mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp garlic, chopped (or you may add ore)
2 tbsps juice of lemon (1/2 lemon)
salt &pepper to taste
2-3 pcs eggs, boiled
