Quick note, the sauce I ate this with is a classic gochujang dipping sauce: 2 tbsp gochujang paste 5 garlic cloves (minced) 1 inch knob of ginger (grated) 1 tsp sesame oil 4 tbsp rice wine 2 tbsp soy sauce 4 tbsp ketchup 2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp brown sugar Add to a pan, bring to a gentle bubble and reduce for a few minutes 🔥

My little brother linked me to this video so... hint taken lmao. I've been using breast fillets for my oven-baked chicken popcorn, and not using a wire rack. They turn out nicely, but not as crunchy as these look like, so I'll try the thigh meat + cooking on a wire rack with oil spray way! Thanks!
