Ingredients list:
2 cups of Baldo rice
1 carrot
1 teacup of raisins
2 tablespoons of butter
1 bay leaf
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 dessert spoon of salt
4 cups of water

Preparation:
We wash the Baldo rice and drain it. We take the olive oil and rice in the pan, roast it for two or three minutes, add the butter and continue roasting. We add the salt, add the grated carrot and continue to roast for two more minutes. We add bay leaf and raisins. We add boiling water, close the lid and turn the heat low. We cook for 10 minutes on low heat. After taking it off from the stove, we brew it for 5 minutes without opening the lid. We serve it by decorating with parsley leaves. Enjoy your meal.
