Delicious Street Food Hiding on the Other Side: Unvisited by Tourists! 

I use to live here for 5 months, about 800m from Sena Fest. The neighbours is nice and food is good with a morning market.

Thanks for showing us the local places with good food. I understand that there are also other good and cheap food understand further west of Thonburi. I would like to explore this side which is more authentic than the other touristy areas in downtown Bangkok. Recently, the air quality is not very good. Please take care.

The staff managing most of the street food stalls n shops are really patient n hopefully they did not scold u for aiming the cameras at them in close up shot. If u do that in Singapore, I think the staff might shoo you away for interfering them preparing or serving food. Thanks for the video

Yes, we stayed in a hotel in the small road opposite Robinson near saphan thaksin station back in 2019 during Songkran, very localised vibe and went to bkk again last year and stayed in Siam Kempinski, too luxurious and totally extreme vibe. 😅. Watched your vlog on that too the old Chinatown

Noodle shop has English menu?

The patongo looks delicious as a quick snack. The noodle shop serves a decent portion and the best to finish the meal with a good coconut ice cream as desert. As the writing of the shop is in Thai language. Hopefully you can provide the google map address of the shop and easier for non locals to locate the shop. Ty

Chon, the problem that I had with the "very few tourist" places, is, it is difficult to communicate. Could you help us out with a how to order food video? For example, not understanding how to order an omelette on the street. How many choices to I get? What are those choices? All of the signs were in Thai. I ordered a seafood claypot "shabu" and the species of squid that came with it, did not taste good, and I ended up wasting it. Could I have asked for a substitute (of course, willing to paying an up charge)? Many foreigners cannot tell Thais from people from Cambodia, Myanmar, etc., in a busy restaurant, so when I wanted to tell the shop that I didn't want offal, blood, etc., some of the workers could not read the printed paper that I had prepared. So while I ate at many local spots, what I learned is, I judged by the food, regardless of customers. I went back to the grumpy auntie's omelette stand because the food was good, and after a few times, figured out the system. I saw more Thais than foreigners at Terminal 21 food court, and learned how to "save" a table from the Thais. It was all a great experience.
