@@asby11 I think you missed the part where they stated that it was salted. Bacteria can't live on salted meat due to the hypertonic nature of salt. Meaning salted meat is not an ideal place for bacteria to grow. They will dehydrate before multiplying.

11:39 lo que tú pareja se comió acá en México lo llamamos "esquite" solo que acá le ponemos mayonesa,chile o ají(como lo conozcan en tu país) más queso rallado o queso preparado... Eso y a los mexicanos nos gustan las "patitas" o dedos de dragón...espero verlos pronto por acá en mi patria 🎉❤
