I live in Colorado and this is what I see as an investor from the outside looking in; I may be wrong. Arcimoto is only delivering to Oregon, Hawaii, Florida and California. The vehicles have so many colors and body options that each one is custom built and packaged for shipping. Arcimoto should consider shipping only one color “white”, with only one or two body options. Let third parties add custom features. Ship the entire vehicle (packaged tightly) in a single crate to anywhere in the world with some assembly required by user. Make the customer aware that this may be an off road vehicle in some municipalities. Have a RU-vid video on assembly instructions.

October 20, 2022 email to owners and preorders: "Starting today, we are now accepting vehicle orders from customers in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Georgia, and Washington D.C.. If you order today, deliveries are expected to arrive within the next 120 days." That's 13 states now.

The GoCar/Faction deal gives me hope so I’m also still buying and holding. But if we don’t get the sp back over a dollar a r/s could be coming next. Hopefully something will happen to turn things around soon.

Already done. There are major trade shows set up to include the postal service. That huge CES in Vegas had the Deliverator plus prototypes of new delivery vehicles.

@popeye gordon when is management going to let us know about contracts and developments more consistently? It just seems so quiet all of the time. I'm not used to companies staying So Silent when I have money invested. I do love the product but management is what makes or breaks a company and communication to investors on a more frequent basis is very important.

Yes. Same is true for all EVs, faster means less distance. Basic physics.

The Electra Meccanica Solo EV went 75 miles , at speeds between 65-70mph (using only 86% of a full battery) in over 100 degree heat.(at one point it hit 127 degrees). You guys can make your own conclusions from this, but obviously there are other variables at play and it's not just "basic physics"(battery type/size/ design, aerodynamics of the vehicle , weather conditions etc.) and something is really wrong with those archimoto numbers(especially since that trip where it only pushed out 35-40 miles was in optimal temperatures 58 - 75 degrees).

In the US this is the same agency that rates MPG data for ICE cars using established standard conditions for city and highway ranges. It is absolutely positively based a full 100% on physics between the energy used at city and highway speeds. Any other claims about this are pure lies or made up numbers to be ignored as unverified claims.

@@thk936 I ignore the gossip of investors. All that matters is products delivered. I bought one. The branches of new development are important for an innovative company. There are already delivery robots in service. One of the prototypes is a meal vending service that just circles a route like a mobile automat. Maybe that will be a cash cow or maybe it will be the Deliverator or the flat bed version or the EMS version. Too soon to know.

Out of curiosity, have you ever tried to do DD, GH or UE? If you did, you will know that the deliverator is useless 🤷‍♂️ It needs a 200 mileage minimum and fast charging. Ask Zach from EV resource, his wife does UE and DD.

What part of last mile delivery don't you understand? 50 last miles can be handled by the battery without increasing cost and weight of a heavier battery. To replace bike deliveries it will be plugged in at the depot until loaded for a route. Right where the bikers used to have coffee and smokes while waiting. Zach is a self professed expert, wannabe race car driver. Many of his claims are just arbitrary amateur opinions. Rather than one central terminal for a large area there can be more, strategically placed. This also meshes with modular delivery containers droped off at regional drop points. It will be plugged in there as well while loading or on driver meal breaks.

No. Not for a light weight autocycle. This is never going to be a tow truck. There is no bumper either. The frame ends in front of the rear wheel. A massive 12V inverter to step down the 102 volt batteries would add weight and expense. The range is just fine. The Deliverator is all cargo space from the middle on back. The basic trunk holds a lot and has a tool compartment in the bottom. I removed my rear seat and enclosed with a cargo net for a versatile cargo hold and a lower cost than the Deliverator. There are already cargo and pickup bed versions as well as emergency responders and fire trucks with huge water tanks. That's why they call it the fun utility vehicle.

In crowded cities with little parking the compact Deliverator is ideal to replace noisy polluting vans delivering fairly small parcels. They frequently block traffic. Much more capable than bike deliveries too. It will be plugged in whenever at the terminal waiting for the next delivery. The first Deliverator ever sold is used by a mail route contractor. It is the only one with full height soft doors. His many posts are in the Facebook owner group.

Yeah, its been what 13- 14 years now, of course the pandemic stopped most things but just look at the stocks at this point . the vehicle won't be massed produced for years if ever. This isnt a cold weather vehicle . that drops half the states in the U.S. It's really at best just a play thing ,and that most of all will keep it from large sales.

A billion motorcycles have no doors or roofs. This design has no use for heavy steel reinforced doors like cars have - it uses the crash cage for protection and the harness keeps you safe with no helmet or air bag. The plastic doors are just security blankets - no actual need or functional use. I refuse to believe you are unaware of the current pandemic/war economy holding back all US manufacturing equally so be honest and reasonable. The 5000 deposits are being honored as fast as the full supply of parts and materials can be collected.

Just 4 seconds into the video you see how the door doesn't fit. Huge gap on the top and bottom. You'd think that someone who made the video for them would have said, "Hey guys, is there something we can to to at least make the door look like it actually fits?" I do agree, that door will never last in the real world. The door catch is pretty much something a grade school kid would do on a science project. Plus, those dual seatbelts will never be used in the real world.

Car doors have steel beams. Weather flaps are a more accurate description of all that is needed on the FUV or Deliverator. You would rather have a door's hard panels buckle and cut into your thighs than take the benefits of light framed fabric doors like Jeeps have used for decades? None of those are water tight. You don't even know if the door in the video is a one-off protype pattern that will be adjusted before production but that does not stop you from launching a hateful tirade. @@popeyegordon - So, delivery drivers will follow the law. Most today that I see, forgo the seat belt. With the FUV, you must wear two as opposed to one if you were going to not be a fool. Yet many fools out there. Thus, you need double the action each and every time you make a delivery. Not a sign of efficiency. As for the doors, I was talking about the single side door on the product at hand. It fits horribly. Just watch the video and you'll see. Plus the door catch is a piece of rope. Supposedly, the Deliverator is ready for sale. Why show some prototype design from years past? They only started on the project over three years ago. You'd think by now they could have had a more professional looking door as opposed to a home built version. Since you brought up side doors, I'd think that drivers would like some protection from the elements. As of now you'll get soaked in the FUV. Maybe not driving down the road by yourself in the rain but the second a car passes you the other way and they hit a puddle. Thus the water just right over into you. As an avid motorcycle rider, I've run into this more times than I can imagine. Thus the rain suit comes in handy. I doubt delivery drivers are going to want to wear rain suits.
