I always tip after normally I think that because delivery drivers don’t get payed enough they should get tipped but I suppose it depends on the delivery driver and if customers think the driver arrived quick and was polite. X

I would say, in regards to tips, generally, not to tip as you're already being paid to deliver the food/groceries. You also don't have to accept every order, so if you don't feel that it's paying enough, you could reject it. On the other hand, if the order is paying the minimum, tipping might make delivery people accept the order as it's worth more. However, how many check to see if there is a tip for doing the delivery & does it only appear after you've accepted the order
Hi, so in the UK there isn’t many tips at all and the customers can’t see what we are paid. You can’t see the tips before you accept the order but I’d say only one in ten tip so it’s kind of irrelevant.
@@AtlantaDelivers That makes it more difficult then. perhaps you could set a minimum tip ie 10% of he total order or maybe £2. On the other hand though, those on low incomes or students who order maybe put off having to pay both a delivery charge & a tip on top. Also, you would still have to pay tax on any tips you receive on top of whatever else you earn as a delivery driver for doing the deliveries.
