Thanks for making this video. I'm debating doing Uber Eats in Eastbourne but on a e-bike. Seems like it would actually be just as quick once you factor in not having to park far away and walk in, and much lower running costs. Any opinion on whether that could work?

I'm in the US and have had this for a couple years. I just ignore it most of the time. Here it's mainly orders that have been declined multiple times, mostly ridiculous distance or no/low tips. Every once in a while a good order may show up, but it's usually taken by another driver as those go insanely fast.
Customers seem to be getting the codes currently but it’s not live on the app yet. I think it won’t start on every order but eventually will do like Deliveroo has now

Thank you for taking us along on your shift-the "best" I ever had when delivering for Tesco was SEVENTY TWO 2 litre bottles of water(at least I had a sack truck to get it to the door-must've been Bath Night🛁🤣) and I know exactly what you mean about addresses and postcodes that "don't exist" because the area is still a building site with NO road names or house numbers! Your customers don't realise how very fortunate they are to have you working in their area-you're always so cheery and looking wonderful!💖🌟😊

morning atlanta! although i'm not a delivery driver, that uber radar makes no sense.. sounds like it'll have more negatives than positives from an outsider perspective. you should definitely do a followup after a while of use? 🙂
Nice one Atlanta... How is uber generally for you? Fees are downright awful here, half the time I'm turning it off... Its definitely a money saving exercise for uber I think

£14 an hour take your petrol and insurance out plus car wear and tear and then its slave labour you be lucky to be around £5 an hour. I loved the job but im not being used as a slave and the government don't care as long as they getting there cut. Get out this job before you get into debt thats all that will happen with this job seen it over and over
