CONGRATULATIONS!!!! Beautiful car. Your never gonna be tired of owning and driving this car. the delivery day feeling is never going away. This car is The best car on the planet hands down. Im a new subscriber
Congrats on your MYP! I took delivery of mine on Easter Sunday and love it, had some issues with it but it's mostly sorted now, still very happy with my purchase. My smart summon doesn't work however, no option at all on my screen, I've paid for all FSD and premium connectivity.
Summon isn’t yet on the models with Tesla vision only (cameras only). Summon only works on models with ultrasonic sensors. I have a 23 MYP and I thought the same when I first took delivery in January. Hopefully once they completely work out Tesla vision they’ll roll out a software update for us newbies to have summon.
Interesting to see that all USA deliveries seem to be outdoors. Here in Australia all our deliveries are done indoors. But all our car dealers are the same for new cars.
I was about to order one and actually test drove one at a tesla dealership. Guy told me the new redesigned MY will most probably come out next year. So I should either wait for the new one, or wait out a little bit for the current MY generations to price drop. Any thoughts about this?
@@NormalShock That actually makes sense. I'd probably do this then. I do want to ask your two cents on this: so I have a regular sedan car right now which I still owe about $11k. KBB estimates the trade in value between $15.5-18.5k. Tesla gave me an estimate of $16.1k. I will be able to pay my current car off in 2026, which is 2 years from now. If you were me, what would you do? Would you want to wait and finish off paying the current car, or just pull the trigger and trade it in and use that equity for the downpayment for a lease?
@@ignaciotapia5055 I was paying $300/monthly in gas , but summer time comes around it’ll prob be 3-$400 , I like the concept of the Tesla better everything about it just more modern than my accord sport ,
Got one two weeks ago and it was at 58%. In a text they told me this was normal since they don’t have any capabilities to charge at the site. Then I noticed 4 private superchargers. I don’t get it. At least the day before give us 80%.
@@craigwflys you got a text about the charge state? Wow if I would have asked that question my advisor would have shit, probably would have cancelled the order I was allowed 1 question per day over a two week period and it had to be about finance or pick up related only. We had several finance issues with no real solution coming from the advisor I had to figure it out on my own.
You can have taxes rolled into loan. Once you’re approved with Tesla Finance you can simply email them and request that you’d like your taxes rolled into the total finance and they will do it. They did it for me on my 2023 MYP that I took delivery of on 1/8/2024. All I did was go to my delivery appt, sign two documents, got a quick 5 minute walkthrough by the sales agent and then I was on my way.
@@RainSoundsYT Im doing the taxes in the loan as I want the loan to be large as possible to keep the money in my brokerage account. If they give you .99% for 6 years its insane to not take the money and make at least 5% apr in a CD let alone the market which is at all time highs.
I saw candy red, black and white in person … candy red was nice …. I decided to go stormtrooper over vader. I also put on a ceramic coat that week, perhaps the UV protection will help …. plus it’s a lease, only two year :D
Why not, they're still a very interesting car, in some parts of the US still somewhat rare. I own both a Model Y and a Jeep Wrangler, I see only a handful of Teslas in my area, but will see dozens of Wranglers driving to work each day.
