If after installing the discrete graphics card, will the integrated graphics card still be able to support one or both of the hdmi/display port video outputs? On the Inspiron 3910 with 180 watt power supply, can you upgrade to a i7 12700 CPU which has a base TDP (PL1) of 65 watts and a max turbo TDP (PL2) of 180 watts? If this is not possible, what would be the fastest CPU to install? Would a 12600 with Base TDP of 65 watts and a Maximum Turbo Power of 117 watts work on the Inspiron 3910 with a 180 watt power supply?

why would Dell put a shroud that leads into the back of the case while in the bottom there's a PSU that exhaust the hot air onto the back.. the hot air that PSU dump rise up and gets sucked by the cpu cooler

In practise, only a small bit of heat gets sucked in. It will still be better than to have the cpu cooler use the warm in-case air with no duct.

Anyone have any issues with 180 PSU and the 1030 graphics card? Parts list here shows that it is compatible, but all the specs I read elsewhere indicate need for something more than 180.

Now I'm sure, I will go for the Crucial 8 gb (Amazon, Netherlands €26 ) The price of the Pentium desktop is €302 The i5 desktop is €699 too expensive for me right now. the i7 cost €1200 . There is also a i3 but not in The Netherlands, only in India and Asia. I will also buy a new monitor from Lenovo model q27q-20 €279 .I want to make a new start with new equipment. You can just buy that PC with Pentium CPU and upgrade the CPU to i3-12100 it only cost around over $100 and then you can sell that Pentium CPU to some one else.
