i hv same laptop... bt there is one prob... screen bezel frm below is loose... it is loose where dell logo is written.. it will give problem in future. or should i change it????
hI i have a problem and i need your help i have the same laptop . eveything was peace i never had any problem with that laptop, but today when i try to start window first i plug the power cable then laptop turn on by itself without presing the power button then black screen shows up for 3 time and then pc start normal ... can you help me ?
Hi Toppy. There could be a number of problems with your laptop unfortunately. We suggest hitting F12 when it actually boots and running the Dell diagnostics which are accessible through the boot menu. Hopefully this should shed some light on any problems with your laptop. :)
Hi Elizabeth. It depends on the lines you're seeing a damaged/faulty display will likely have lines that stay in the same place and don't jump about. If you have swapped for a brand new display and reseating the cable at both ends doesn't clear the fault then I'd suggest the problem lies with another part of the device. --Dave
