INSTALLATION & REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS:
- STEP-1: Avoid static discharge by grounding yourself using a wrist grounding strap or by touching a bare metal surface like a connector on the back of the laptop and remove all of the power including the battery and power adapter.

your heatsink is 2 times smaller than mine , why could that be ? And is it possible to have another ram slot under the keybord ? I have never went that far , I just change the thermal paste and clean the Fan , but now the screen is moving too much and I want to go furder to see what is casing it . Nice video :)

Thanks! So this model has 2 versions. One with 1 memory slot, and another with 2. And they are both located under the base cover. You won't find a memory slot under the keyboard. Hopefully this saves you some time.

Hello. My service tag is 66JXGC2 . It is Dell Latitude E5470 model and the motherboard has failed. Motherboard (02MMKG / LA-C831P) is wearing i5-6300 hq processor. Will Motherboard I5-6440HQ 792TG 0792TG LA-C831P direct fit to my laptop. Thank you in advance.

These are both Latitude E5470 motherboards and have the same I/O configuration on all sides. Based on this information the 792TG should be compatible.
