Dell Precision T3500 Not Powering ON Problem 

Bios Cleared problem solved..
1. Check power in SMPS..
2. Disconnect all cables
3. Check orange light on motherboard
4. Remove CMOS battery
5. Hold power button for 15 to 20 sec
6. See blue light glowing near CMOS battery
7. Connect Power cable, system start automatically
8. Finally se lights blinking 12345 on front panel near power button.. See Monitor Display coming
