Because that jumper is for reset your bios(hard reset). Just read manual of your system, you can easy find it. Put jumper that way and connect power reset motherboard setting. Remove that jumper, your Pc starts and bios are reset.

My PC boots up, windows even gets loaded then after 2-3 minutes my system crashes with blue screen and I can't boot the system anymore. It shows yellow lights and trips after few seconds of pressing power button. I tried removing GPU, RAM but the problem persist. I'll try the jumper technique but I doubt that it's gonna work since my main issue arise after loading windows or PC being open for like 5 minutes. Might be my power supply issue, I've already replaced it three times but I don't think that's the real issue here and I've been ripped off by the shopkeeper

@@Universeofficial01 I have tried without hard disk and it still crashes without booting, even during when I'm running diagnostics to see what's wrong and it just shuts down without any error indication. I have also changed to another hard disk but still same issue. The only thing I haven't changed is power supply, the processor and motherboard.

Mai ne battery cell ki socket cover change krwai hai uss k bad se system on nai ho rha. Jo ap ne method bataya woh bhi try kya lakin nai work kr raha. Please help.
