We spent a lovely Sunday hiking at James G. Scripps Bluff Preserve Trail, a short and easy path close to the dog beach in Del Mar. We parked near the clock on 15th Street, where we enjoyed two hours of free parking starting at 9 AM, and arrived at 7:45 AM. After a quick stroll along the beach for about 20-25 minutes, we reached the dog beach. We then walked for another 20 minutes to the stairs featured in the video, climbed them, and enjoyed a brief hike before retracing our steps. After the hike, we treated ourselves to coffee at Cafe Pacifica on the corner of 15th Street. Despite the foggy morning, we savored hot mochas with a beautiful view of the seaside.
