I’m currently using moisturiser before workout to avoid the stretch marks. Let’s see if it works but I don’t think so that collagen supplement would help in preventing stretch marks. It has its own benefits though:)

In deload week athletes reduce the volume/intensity or both when athletes hit the plateau or to reduce the extra accumulated fatigue. Some people call it Technique week also :)
