Great and a really unique case. Public cases are sometimes really hard to solve and take more time than other market and profitability cases. Nice work johnny. hope i can get through like this in my interview. :}

Such a nice guy, doesn't really think about how or why people would commit fraud and not simply follow the rules. Part of problem solving is thinking outside of your own comfort zone. Since Johnny himself would never commit fraud he has no idea what types of fraud could be committed.

@@sexiiliexi Thanks, I appreciate the encouragement. Unfortunately, this case wasn't at a 2nd round pass level. The root problem was I simply couldn't picture the business process in my head clearly - it's a very unfamiliar service for me. As a result, I couldn't arrive at the insights Jenny Rae was trying to get me to, as indicated by her having to repeat the same questions (always a bad sign). The good news is that I did pass in real life and will be working in consulting.

@@Slashtap Congrats on the job. I was going through the case on my own as you were, and I found myself running into the same struggles as you. I think it helped me to remember a book I read in college called "A Practical Guide for Policy Analysis: The Eightfold Path to More Effective Problem Solving." I found it really helpful while studying policy. If you have not read it, I would highly encourage it!
