Nice video Can I get a little help? After I first heat the milk or heat the cup itself using steam option, after that I can't use the single or double espresso option, they just blinking, but when I click on them, nothing happens, I have to turn off the device and turn it on again. And here I see that after you have heated the milk, you can use the espresso option without any problems. Thank you for nice videos. (I'm new to this, so I'm not very good at it, I bought the device 4 days ago)
Thank you for watching, I appreciate it 🙂 If both buttons are blinking that means that the temperature is too high to brew. You have to cool it down by turning the steam dial on the "ON" position to allow water to be released from the machine. When the water stops turn the dial to the 'O' position . Now the machine can brew again.
