I’ve got the same issue. We gave it away to get repaired and got it back repaired, after a couple uses it started doing this again. Did you ever find out what the issue was, or how to fix it?

Hi There, It was the little venturie pump that pumps the milk that was failing. It happened after we did the first descale

I have this same coffee maker. Is the hole in the milk straw properly aligned i.e holes go at 12 o'clock & 6 o'clock?
