I've watched your videos before when I've had problems with my coffee machine and found your videos really easy to follow. It has saved me from having to buy a new machine on several occasions,well done Milen.
*Have had 3 of these units in the past 20+ years. They are good grinders **MyBest.Kitchen** what most if not all the complaints are about concerns a small pop-up switch in the bottom of the unit where the clear plastic hopper slides in. Please don't throw the unit away when nothing happens after pressing the start button. Just take the hopper out, clean @ the pop-up switch or vacuum the area around the switch and I think you'll find that it turns on. Hope this helps....have read reviews where the unit only worked for one grinding, then mysteriously quit working. Again, clean the switch it will most likely solve the issue.*
Thank you so much! I was able to follow your instructions and remove a piece of wood I believe from the grinder that was stuck, now it's working perfectly fine!

Hi m8 i have a delongi magnifica S Some time ago it came with an error where the ECO + Coffee Ground lighted up and the Triangle blinked. (This ofcause happened ~3 months after the warrenty ran out... -.- ) According to the manual it could be missing coffebeens or the coffe ground got stuck in the shaft. I disassembled it and clearned the grinder, after reasembeling it, it worked just finde.. for a while.. then the error reoccured.. i did the same and it fixed the problem.. now it has stopped again with the same error but this time the "fix" of cleaning the grinder doesnt work.. You got any experience with the error code or suggestions on what could be the issue ? :) Best regards a very thirsty coffee drinker.

The problem that has started to happen with my grinder is that it seems to run longer than it normally does, and as a result, once the coffee has been ground it has backed up into the pre-ground coffee shoot. That ground coffee then has to be vacuumed out otherwise I'll eventually get an error "less coffee." Any ideas on why that's happening?
@karperman14 had the same issue, I changed the coffee brand and it was fixed.. I've red that some beans are too oily for this kind of machine and sticks together.
Здравей Милене изгледах всички твой видеа но немога да намеря решение на моя проблем с delonghi esam 4000b. Като натиснеш копчето за кафе не започва да мели кафе и нищо не се случва и след малко светва втората малка лампичка. Отвреме на време мели кафе но е много ситно и като започне да пуска кафето все едно се запушва и пуска няколко капки кафе само. Мелачката е почистена и дефузера е ревизиран с нови гумички. Ще съм благодарен ако ме упътиш къде може да е проблема. Благодаря
