That was so lovely - both the singing and the dancing. Reminds me of those old time musical films...just wonderful :-) Barrowman, as usual, utterly gorgeous.
I was in UK in 2004 and had bought tickets to see this show. I travelled 9 hours by bus from Glasgow to London and John was sick on the night. I could have slashed my wrists. Luckily I had booked 3 nights hotel accomodation in London and was able to get a ticket for the show 2 days later and did get to see John. It was well worth 18 hours on buses.
John Barrowman's talents are amazing. He and Cheyenne Jackson are definitely the two most talented and awe-inspiring male entertainers alive today. I would love to see them in a show together!!

It wouldnt have been so annoying if I had not been in London in 1999, saw advertisments for John in "Beauty and the Beast" and decided to see the show before I left to come back to Australia a few months later. I booked my tickets and turned up at th theatre to find John had left the show a month before. I thought I was doomed to never see John live. Thanks for the clip - it brings back good memories
@TropicalTopaz It can be, we only tapped in the big number Anything Goes. More professional shows would, of course, have more tapping but we were able to pull it off without it. We did dance, just not a bunch of tap.

Actually my high school did anything goes just this past weekend. Not only was it a blast but we pulled it off spectacularly. There are many other productions that would be more difficult.

My suspicion is that, since he has a sensitive neck and doesn't like to be touched in that area, that his body mike is irritating him, and he is trying to reposition it to a more comfortable place.
